KMCC — the Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre — is the largest voluntary, non-profit organisation of expatriates from Kerala, and serves as the overseas cultural wing of the Indian Union Muslim League. Anganganadi's chapter carries that same charge: welfare rooted in service, not spectacle.
